Contouring editor shortcuts

When in the contouring segment editor, the followng 3D Slicer shortcuts are available.

Paint	+ =	increase brush radius by 20%
	_ -	decrease brush radius by 20%
Erase	+ =	increase brush radius by 20%
	_ -	decrease brush radius by 20%
Draw	x	delete last point added
	a	apply segment
	Enter	apply segment
	Rt click	apply segment
